Gradescope#
You will use gradescope to submit all of your assignments. At the start of the semester you should have been invited to join the 15-322/622 Gradescope course via email. If you haven’t received an invitation, please email the course staff at icm-csd@cmu.edu.

Piazza#
Piazza is our class discussion forum where we will post announcements, answer your questions, and provide any helpful exam materials. Canvas#
We will use Canvas just for distributing finalized grades for assignments and exams. Note that grades on gradescope reflect the autograded portion of your assignment only. Canvas is the “source of truth” for your actual assignment grade (including free response questions).

Freesound#
You will need to use Freesound for assignments, and Pyquist’s freesound features. Freesound gives you access to almost a million sounds released under the Creative Commons which you can incorporate into your compositions, and test your created effects.
Setup
Go to https://freesound.org/ and create an account.
Get an API key from https://freesound.org/apiv2/apply/. You can revisit this link anytime you want to view your credentials When you first call
fetch_freesound, enter your API client id and secret. This is cached locally so you usually don’t have to do this again.
AI Accounts#
We strongly recommend that you have access to some AI coding tool of your choice. See the dedicated AI Setup page for further instructions.
