The Randy Pausch Memorial Bridge¶

The Pausch Bridge connects the Purnell Center with the Gates & Hillman Centers, physically and symbolically linking the homes for the School of Drama and the School of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University. The bridge is dedicated to the memory of Randy Pausch, an alumnus and beloved professor who co-founded the Entertainment Technology Center.
The bridge features a programmable LED lighting system along the entire span. This page documents the lighting system and is intended as a resource for students and artists planning to compose lighting sequences for the bridge.
