(11) A flamingo. The flamingos kept their distance, generally speaking.

(12) A myna bird perches on a column. Apparently, it doesn't mind that its left foot is slightly off the edge.

(13) Stanley the two-year-old African penguin receives an audience at the Aviary. The hands belong to one of his handlers, Meredith. Stanley's been hand-raised, which helps explain why it doesn't seem that stressed.

(14) Ducks don't look very dignified when ducking underwater, but what can one expect?

(15) Two ducks -- perhaps domestic mallard hybrids -- relax. Their colors differ, but their shapes are so similar, hm.
