I'm working on the development of handheld micromanipulators (Micron) in the Surgical Mechantronics Lab.
My primary research interest lies in developing robotic technologies for biomedical applications.
I'm currently working on the development of handheld micromanipulators for vitreoretinal surgery. I also researched implantable micromanipulators for behaving mice and locomotive capsule endoscopes for GI tracts at KIST.MORE
The paper entitled "Design and Analysis of 6 DOF Handheld Micromanipulator" was presented at ICRA 2012 in St. Paul, Minnesota, USA. The following paper will be presented at ASME/DSCC 2012 Oct in Florida, USA.MORE
