The Explorer Seat is a suspended chair that hangs from a cable and has the ability to move forwards and backwards along the cable. A roller connected to a series of gears is driven by the force applied to hand-crank. This product is designed for an older audience (12+) and would cost no more than $70 to produce. The steel cable would wrap around two trees and could be placed anywhere there is an unobstructed path. A seatbelt would provide the necessary safety to prevent the user from falling out.
