Wind-Up Airplane

This wind-up airplane is designed for children aged three and up. The plane itself is constructed from plastic along with the propeller. A universal wind-up mechanism is housed in the nose of the plane to drive the propeller. After the child winds up the mechanism, it will turn the propeller and allow it to fly for a short period of time (a few seconds) at a relatively slow speed. The plastic plane body and propeller is the only part specific to this product. The wind-up mechanism is a mass produced item found in several other toys and the landing wheels are generic components in most toy cars.
