Quick Description:
The toy starts out with a base shape of a pumpkin. The entire surface is magnetic, along with the accessories that can stick anywhere on the pumpkin.

How the toy will be used:
A child with place the accessories on the surface of the pumpkin in many permutations. From a base pumpkin to a pumpkin man to a creature that could be in Monsters, Inc.
Construction cost:
Construction costs will depend on the size of the pumpkin and accessories (all made out of plastic), and the quality/power of the imbedded magnets. I estimate $12.
Durability:
Plastic parts of this size and shape are quite durable and could be dropped from many feet on a hard surface with no damage. Durability will not be an issue.
Safety:
The choke tube rule will be in effect, but the accessories and base pumpkin could be scaled to pass and make it appropriate for any age that could be entertained by it.
