Tiffany has worked at Carnegie Mellon University for a decade, and served as an academic coordinator in the School of Computer Science before joining the CS Pathways team. During her time in that position, she connected with and supported students from all over the world who would then graduate and have successful careers in technology. The only thing missing from each cohort was diversity among the students. Recognizing that there are groups of talented students that may not have access to the resources they need to learn about these careers, Tiffany knew that technology and STEM needed to be introduced to the diverse students she wanted to reach at a much younger age and grade level. As an outreach program manager in CS Pathways, Tiffany has the opportunity to do just that and looks forward to both growing with current partners and developing new collaborations that will enhance the goals of CS Pathways.
