Privacy by Design: Partnering with Privacy Attorneys as Assets
When you are working on a product/application/service that involves handling of Personal Data, it is important to involve Legal early and often to maximize their value to you (i.e., Legal as an “asset”) and reduce your risk of scrambling to fix legal issues at the last minute (i.e., Legal as a “roadblock”). This presentation will focus on best practices for engaging with Legal, and will also identify key privacy issues and risks that you can proactively consider to facilitate timely and efficient Legal review.
