| Notes | Ships of this class are named for primarily
for Old Earth French philosophers and literary figures, and for People’s
Navy flag officers. This class was introduced in the short story “A Whiff of Grapeshot” by S.M. Sterling in More Than Honor. The Class Ship, PNS Rousseau, was the flagship of Citizen Admiral Esther McQueen prior to her elevation to the Committee of Public Safety and installation as Secretary of War. |
