Overpaint
Description
Overpaint is a C++ package that can jointly estimate crossover rates, gene conversion rates and mean conversion tract lengths from population SNP dataset.

Overpaint is distributed under the GNU General Public License. Download release 0.2.
- Overpaint has been tested under MAC OS X.
- Instructions for installation are in the README file.
- To compile the source code, gsl needs to be installed.
