Cambra's Whilg Visions

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Cambra was stoned by a cockatrice in the Vlurshollow crypt back before Kambheer but was recovered by the whilg in early AK 594 (about when the party left the West for Banzeel). They gave her one vision and told her she'd learn more in her dreams. In Scott's words:

I am standing at the bottom of a deep chasm, inside a large underground cave lit only by strange blue-green moss. High above, a bridge spans the chasm, and I hear a man's and woman's voices raised in anger.
The chasm seems to be about 150' deep. When asked if the bridge material were golden or reflective, Cambra said that it could have been metallic.

On the night of 1752PK, two days after meeting Ganeth for the first time, Cambra had another dream about the chasm. According to the DM:

This time C is looking at the floor. There are sharp shards of crystal scattered everywhere. And a body -- the body of a man dressed in black. Above, you can clearly hear Ganeth's voice. This time he is casting some spell.
To the paranoid among us, this is sounding very much like a tie-in to Ganeth's woman-on-the-bridge series of visions. The crystal fragments, incidentally, are not amethyst; Hurricane later speculated that they could be the remains of a pact. Cambra noted that the body has the same build and clothing as Tremere.

Using her knowledge of spellcraft, Cambra was able to figure out that G was casting duo-dimension. According to Hurricane, there's a theory that since the spell would put most of G's energy onto the astral, the Shade Lord would have a much harder time getting to it. Of course, there's no telling what would happen if this were tried in a shadowed area. In any event, there appears to be a scroll of it on standby for either G or Lessania.
