The official Scientology^[tm] site has a new set of questions and answers for the on-line edition.
The 1992 text is at Scientologist^[tm] Brian Wenger's FTP site.
The ARSBOMB spam team has also repeatedly posted material from this chapter. These posts include:

Chris Owen's What is Scientology? Reviewed page criticially reviews the questions and answers given in the 1992 and the 1978 editions of What is Scientology?.
Critic Sam Gorton gives alternate answers to some of the questions in the new on-line question-and-answer list. Links to the official Scientology^[tm] pages let you compare Scientology^[tm]'s answers with his.
