Understanding "What Is Scientology?"
Chapter 24: Spearheading Social Reform
Texts
The on-line edition of "Spearheading Social Reform"
has been slightly reworked from the 1992 print edition.
Here are the parts ordered as they were in that edition
(some sections have been deleted).
- Introductory section: The 1992 section, slightly rewritten,
is at official Scientology[tm] site. It includes links to the other on-line
sections.
- Freedom Magazine:
The 1992 text is at the
official
Scientology[tm] site.
- Citizen's Commission on Human Rights:
The 1992 text is at the
official
Scientology[tm] site.
- National Commission on Law Enforcement and Social Justice:
The 1992 text, which presented the NCLE mainly in the context
of an adversary to Interpol, does not appear to be on-line.
Instead, there is a
much
shorter writeup at the official
Scientology[tm] site, which does not mention
Interpol; instead it mentions the FDA.
- Freedom of Information: The 1992 text appears not to be on-line.
- Religious Freedom: The 1992 text appears not to be on-line.
(I think there's a Scn organization on the Web that covers their
pov, though.)
