Football Kicker

Child Interaction
- The child can play against his friend, similar to paper football, except the kicker will be used for kicking field goals.
- To use this, the child pulls up on the thumb tab in the back, then releases causing the leg to fling forward, kicking the ball.

Toy Principle
- The toy will have a inner tab, which will push a bar down that is attached to two springs.
- When the thumb tab on the outside is released, the tension in the spring will cause the leg to fling forward, allowing the foot to kick the ball off the tee
- The child can learn about springs and how when you strech them there is a strong recoil.

Construction
- The cost of the toy should be cheap, consisting of only a plastic shell, a metal rod, and two springs.

It should be very durable unless a very high force is applied to the thumb tab, which could cause the kicking leg to break.
The toy should also be safe because there are no sharp pieces, and the football will not be kicked hard enough that it could hurt someone.
