Concept two -the Blizzard Gauntlet XL

The Blizzard Gauntlet XL is an electric snowball glove. The shape of a hollow sphere is indented into the inside of the glove. Parts of the sphere are molded into the fingers and the palm so that when the hand is closed a hollow sphere will form within the glove. When the user squeezes a hand full of snow, a snowball will be formed. In addition battery-heated filaments are lined in the inside of the mold so when closed the inner surface applies a slight heat that forms a thin crust on the surface of the snowball. This helps the snowball maintain integrity until impact to any nearby victim. The hard surface of the back of the glove can also act as a shield incase of any retaliation.

Construction cost: Glove components include plastics, wires, batteries, heating filaments, and Velcro. Cost will be around 30 USD

Durability and Safety: combination of soft and hard plastics is durable but does not consist of any sharp edges or corners. The heating filaments are supplied by batteries and are designed so they do not overheat. The heat generated is not hot enough to burn, at most it can be used to warms the user's face, but not burn. Suitable for children ages 10 and up.
