    The Racing Top

    This is a new spin on the traditonal top. (Pardon the pun). It has 'arms' that raise up when it is spinning, because of the principles of inertia. This toy can be marketed for kids ages 4 and up. Kids can play together, and see how long they can make their tops spin. It will be made out of a plastic mold, and the arms won't be detachable.
