Pin Joint Construction Set

How it Works
-This toy introduces children to ideas about structural design, especially the idea of triangles as strong shapes in construction
-Children would be able to use this toy to create many different structures. The set provides three main types of peices: bars, triangles, and squares. All peices have additional holes running through them so children can use provided pins to attach peices. By providing both triangles and squares in the set, children will be able to see how the triangles hold, while the squares don't. Once children understand this concept they can add an extra bar across the squares to stabalize them.
Construction and Durability
-All peices could be made from plastic so durability would be good and construction costs could be kept low.
Safety
-All pieces would be rounded, so the only safety hazard would be choking, but as the product is not for children under 6, this is not a problem.
