RE: GEMS computer maintenance

I notice that the number that Bill presented is different from the one in the document that Ian sent out.  I know that Ian’s letter is almost 1 ½ years old, but we need to verify the correct number.

We assume no liability in such a matter.  We do not warranty any computer system.  That warranty is between the customer and DELL.  After the initial warranty period, the customer must contact DELL to get an extended maintenance agreement

What does the customer do when they are done with the initial DELL warranty? What is the process they use to get their GEMS computer under maintenance contract?  Could support please outline procedures?
