Not exactly, but it is not a "major programming change" to implement.  Right
now we can only do it if the other candidates in the race are all endorsed
by the same party.

This would have been a good question for the support list.

Steve,

Larry Sokol, of the California Senate Elections Subcommittee is asking about
the "None of the Above" provisions in State Proposition 23.  Would this
require another major programming change if this passes?

As I understand it "None of the Above" would be listed as a candidate (or
vote choice) but it would need to stay at the bottom of the contest like the
wirte-in spaces, without rotating.
