Re: AVTS - Diagnostics & Installation

I do not feel that it is necessary or desired to do this on each and every
election. We, the manufacturer, are supposed to set the procedures to follow
for this equipment since we build it.  It is up to us to tell the customer
as to what are the recommended procedures to set up an election on our
equipment.  If the feel that they need to go further then they will have to
assume the responsibility and the burden of there decision.

The only other possibility is that Bill Riche finds the QA plus consumer
version to install on all 100 units now...
Talk to Bill to see if he can.
