Gems 1.11.9 Customer does own programming: proofing pre-election reports Base Precincts with Cards DOES NOT show card 52,53,54 for Jessup Precinct HOWEVER, Ballots with Base Precincts DOES show card 52,53,54 for Jessup precinct It would appear the card(s) should appear on both reports for Jessup. Is there an explanation? Thank you
