After typing, via keypad, any letter of candidate name the ' * ' key
will be active and cancel the write in candidate.
Problem Scenario
No letter of the
candidate name has been entered.
The ' 0 ' key is active and cancels the write in
candidate.
The audio still is identifying the ' * ' key.
