RE: GEMS 1-11-13-3 download console error



The sequence described doesn't make a lot of sense to me either.  "I had
nothing queued, so I hit cancel".  That doesn't make sense.  The natural
thing to do at that moment would be to hit queue, not cancel, since she was
obviously trying to download something.  This shouldn't be hard to fix, but
I need to know the real sequence of events leading up to the internal error.
