Insignia: An asymmetrical starburst

According to a group of halfling traders, a high elven clan with this insignia has appeared in the Far West; according to Ylena, they were exiled from Auramkil "because of their overly chaotic tendencies" (which might put them in the same league as some Silverton mages). Their insignia appeared in one of Milana's whilg visions shortly before her longtime SO Zaran suddenly became inspired to start rebuilding Erevan's following. Silvana suspects that they are associated with Hajmola (much like the aforementioned Silverton mages).
