The Engineer will avoid all conduct or practice likely to discredit or unfavorably reflect upon the dignity or honor of the profession.

Code is violated when:

Engineer's behavior or action is likely to discredit or do injury to the dignity and honor of the engineering profession

Code is not violated when:

Engineer's behavior or action is not likely to discredit or do injury to the dignity and honor of the engineering profession
