Telephone listings shall be limited to name, address, and telephone number under each branch listing in which he qualifies.

Code is relevant when:

Engineer advertises himself in a telephone listing

Code is violated when:

Engineer lists more than his name, address, and telephone number in the telephone listing
OR
Engineer lists himself in a branch for which he is not qualified in the telephone listing

Code is not violated when:

Engineer lists only his name, address, and telephone number in the telephone listing
AND
Engineer does not list himself in a branch for which he is not qualified in the telephone listing
