I'm a PhD student in Carnegie Mellon University. I'm fortunate to be advised by Professor Satya. Before joining CMU, I got my Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua University. As an undergrad research intern, I had a great time at Microsoft Research Asia. I was advised by Dr. Qiang Fu from Software Analytics Group.

Research Interest

I have a broad interest in designing and implementing distributed and mobile systems. I have worked on cognitive assistant systems with wearable devices (e.g. Google Glass) and Cloudlet. Cloudlets are small data centers on the edge of internet, serving as the middle tier in the mobile-cloudlet-cloud structure. I am currently working on crowd-sourced map systems for vehicles based on cellular cloudlets.
