| Notes | This MAP design is intended for service
with the navies of Alliance members whose populations are too small to allow
them to provide fully trained crews for significant numbers of more conventional
CLs. Automation is extremely heavy in order to allow the ship to function
on a par with CLs of larger navies. These ships will be contract-built by Harrington Blackbird Shipyards, who will equip them with stock smallcraft from their own lines. |
