- Center for Innovation in Learning (CIL) The Center for Innovation
in Learning (CIL) is an applied research center dedicated to
the improvement of undergraduate education. The purpose of the
Center is to focus CMU's strengths in psychology, technology,
and communication on the problems of teaching and learning at
the college level.
- Eberly
Center for Teaching Excellence The Eberly Center for Teaching
Excellence was established in 1982 to organize and conduct programs to
improve the quality of instruction at Carnegie Mellon. The Teaching
Center helps both faculty and graduate students to improve teaching
practices through both public forums to discuss issues related to
teaching and learning and confidential consultations on course design,
implementation, and evaluation.
