North Carolina is having a recount on one
race. How do you Recount an election with accuvote & accutouch without
unsetting the election? (The Recount option in Gems cannot be selected
unless you unset the election). Thought about just resetting the election
and creating a reporting set for this race only, however Rowan county wants only
this race to be sorted.
