Re: installation diskettes

If a customer has been upgraded with a full install CD (GEMS) or diskettes (VTS), then all previous release diskettes or CD that are serialized need to be returned to McKinney so Global can credit the customer for them.  If a customer has more than one serialized set of VTS or GEMS install software, then they should be billed annual maintenance for that number of sets.

A comment on system installations - let's make sure that clients not only keep any installation diskettes for software, drivers etc. but also remember where these are.  It can save a lot of trouble potentially years later when some component of a system must be reinstalled.
