This document is an extract from a longer
one seized by the FBI in 1977, providing a list of definitions for Guardian's
Office operating targets. This list defines the end products of "B1
activities" (B1 being the Intelligence bureau of the GO). Note point
VI, which lists the neutralisation or destruction of "enemy groups"
including "rival drug rehab group[s]". |
