The Guidelines for papers for review and for final versions of paper for Latex and Word are avalilable below. Regardless of the editor used, the submission file must be in PDF format.

Instructions to submit final versions of accepted and conditionally accepted papers:

Step 1: Prepare the PDF of your final version according to the IEEE Format using the Author Kit above.

Step 2: Verify paper's PDF file compatibility on IEEE PDF Xpress. Login at this website (conference ID is iccp11x) and upload to your PDF. Make sure there are no errors reported. Only then, upload the PDF onto CMT. IEEE Xplore will not accept papers that have not passed the compatibility test. The most common error is to not embed all fonts in your PDF.

Step 3: Upload the final version of your paper onto CMT.

Step 4: Complete the IEEE Copyright form [DOC] [PDF] and upload it as supplementary material onto CMT. Please make sure to sign and scan your signatures into the documents before uploading to CMT.
