Paper Submission

Paper submission is closed. Please consider other participation opportunities including demos, posters and computational photographs (see Call here).

Submissions should be full papers in the IEEE proceedings format. The recommended page length is 6 pages and the limit is 8 pages. That is, submissions must not exceed 8 pages. Supplementary material can be submitted.

Submissions must be blind (author names and affiliation removed). The reviewing process will be double blind.

Submissions must present original unpublished work. Furthermore, work submitted to ICCP cannot be submitted to another forum (journal, conference or workshop) during the ICCP reviewing period (Nov 2nd 2010 - Jan 5th 2011).

The Guidelines for papers for review and for final versions of paper for Latex and Word are avalilable below. Regardless of the editor used, the submission file must be in PDF format.

Instructions to submit final versions of accepted and conditionally accepted papers:

Step 1: Prepare the PDF of your final version according to the IEEE Format using the Author Kit above.

Step 2: Verify paper's PDF file compatibility on IEEE PDF Xpress. Login at this website (conference ID is iccp11x) and upload to your PDF. Make sure there are no errors reported. Only then, upload the PDF onto CMT. IEEE Xplore will not accept papers that have not passed the compatibility test. The most common error is to not embed all fonts in your PDF.

Step 3: Upload the final version of your paper onto CMT.

Step 4: Complete the IEEE Copyright form [DOC] [PDF] and upload it as supplementary material onto CMT. Please make sure to sign and scan your signatures into the documents before uploading to CMT.
