- Problem Space Overview:
- The top problem space is the place where almost all interaction with
the outside world occurs. (The only real exception is a small amount
of testing of the visual inputs to determine what actions to take
next.) We expect that all knowledge that rises to this space should
be a form of PEACTIDM knowledge.

- Whenever the top goal is there, this problem space is proposed.
