Three of the Church's more important publications are THE AUDITOR, the magazine of all Saint Hill Organizations, SOURCE magazine, the publication of the Flag Service Organization and ADVANCE! which is the magazine of the Advanced Organizations. Their increasing circulation reflects the constant growth of these organizations. Local Scientology churches also produce their own magazines to keep members informed of local church activities, services and completions. From 1982 to 1992 the circulation of these magazines increased more than fourfold. The Celebrity Centres' magazine, CELEBRITY, was started in the early 1970s and by 1975 it had a circulation of 20,000. Today, its distribution has risen over 300%. In 1985, a new publication was introduced to keep Scientologists informed of worldwide expansion. This magazine, INTERNATIONAL SCIENTOLOGY NEWS, which is distributed to staff and parishioners in churches and missions, had an initial printing of 30,000 and in its first seven years grew by over 40 times to a circulation of 1,300,000 in 1992.
