    Many falsehoods and inaccurate statements regarding
    L.Ron Hubbard and the religion of Scientology have 
    been observed on ars. The purpose of this message is 
    to give you a sample of the true data.

The Association provides support to members engaged in activities
which greatly assist the expansion of Scientology or directly
contribute to the eradication of threats to the well-being of
mankind. The Association makes monetary grants and calls upon its
members to support such worthy projects, which results in many
Scientologists volunteering their time and effort. In this way, the
Association helps individual members gain valuable support from
their fellow Scientologists to carry out worthwhile projects.
