SCS Faculty: Honda Prize
- The Honda Prize is awarded by the Honda Foundation. Established in 1977 by the late Soichiro Honda, founder of Honda Motor Co., Ltd., the foundation advocates "Eco-Technology," a concept of technology that does not pursue efficiency and profits alone, but is geared toward harmony with the environment surrounding human activities. In addition to an award ceremony, the Prize includes a certificate, medal, and cash award.
