Color Spinner
Color Spinner:
This simple, cheap toy is essentially a prettier wind-up top.
Visible from above is a circular disk that can be colored with
markers by the child. Attached to it is two bars that reach to the
ground under the toy with wheels, in order to balance the toy.
Underneath, two wheels are on an axle, and they can rotate
opposite each other in order to twist a rubber band around the axle.
When released, the toy would spin, making the design on the top
look interesting.
