RubberBand Launcher

The RubberBand Launcher is a fun interactive toy that all children can enjoy that is based on a few basic, enjoyable physical concepts. The most important concept learned from interaction with this toy are angles. The Launcher is simply an adjustable lever that allows for the rear (left) lever to be moved horizontally in order to change the angle of projection. The child will be able to change and determine the angle through the base which has a locking mechanism and measurements allowing for children to experiment with the angles and their respect to distance, velocity...etc. This is a very simple cheap toy that only needs a lever to adjust the angle and lock the rear rod into place and a button to release the rod and rubberband. Since this is a small toy, durability is a concern but as long as it is not thrown about there should be no problem. Also it is imperative that the RubberBand Launcher is not fired at people or animals as it may cause damage to the eyes or welts on the skin.
