The COP SWIRL is a design of an old police car with the round siren on top of the car. The color scheme of the car will be blue and white with the siren flashing red. The car is a wind up toy but what is unique about this toy is that the axle will continue to turn left and right as the car is in motion. This will cause the car to swerve as if it were a police chase. The concepts that children can learn from it are the storage of potential energy when the car is wound up and the realease of kinetic energy when the car is in motion. Another unique feature to this toy is that the crank to wind it up is actually the siren on top of the car. Once the siren is let go, the car will go in motion, the axles will alternate directions and the siren will start to flash. This toy is intented for children ages 5 and up. There are no sharp edges on the toy and the majority of the material will be made of plastic so it does not present any serious harm to anyone. This toy also does not contain any expensive or complicate components so the price range would be somewhere around 12-15 dollars.
