- The track will be made out of flexible plastic, the supports and straight aways out of a harder plastic. The cars will be windup.
- Children 4-10 will play with the toy by adjusting the tension in the car and the angle of the turns to allow the car to make it all the way through without falling off.
- The physical concept behind Super Banked Speedway is Newtons 2nd Law, and how to manipulate it along with friction to keep the car on the track.
- Construction cost would be rather low as its just several molds mass produced. Likewise the cars are a simple mass production item, and both the cars and track have possiblities for add-on kits to generate more revenue. Safety concerns would include launching the car off the track at high speeds, thus the cars max speed would have to be limited.
