Shoot through rings to earn Points

This is a design for a shooting game that would be player with multiple player. The object would be to fire a ball through the rings worth the highest points. The player that receives the most points in the end, wins!

I got the idea for this from those basket ball shooting games like "Hot Shot." I figured that it would be better to have multiple rings, like baskets, instead of just one. The rings would be in different positions, angles, have different sizes. Therefore, the harder the ring to shoot in, the higher the points the player would recieve. This game is aimed for children around the age of 8-12, but there is no reason that would prevent older people to play as well. One just make sure that small children don't place the ball in the mouth.

This mechanism is designed very simply. A spring fires a ball through a cannon that use a ball in socket joint. This allows for a lot of movement and overall control for the player. Once fired, the ball will travel into one of the rings or a collector hole, which will connect to tubes that lead back to the cannon. This will allow for continuous play.

All the parts will be made out of plastic from molds. After obtaining a mold for all the parts. It will be very inexpensive to mass produce this game, because there is no particulary expensive piece needed to produce game. Also, this game would be large enough that it would not be necessary to make any particularly small parts. Also, it should be fairly durable as long as the users play the game properly.
