Children will be able to
manipulate the blocks to form all sorts of sculptures; to start with, the
templates will need to be used to trace out the patterns for the blocks;
next, with adult help/supervision the blocks will be cut out with scissors
or a knife; finally, after some easy gluing or taping the blocks are ready
for play!
The blocks will help develop
spatial thinking and teach children about the design of structures varying
from simple stacking to the creation of arches
The cost of producing this
toy would be extremely low, consisting entirely of cut plastic; the paper
component will be a separate expense of the parents
This product should be extremely
durable with the right plastic, and the paper blocks are reusable,
recyclable, and made out of any paper available
Safety is very important
here, children of all ages can enjoy these toys; based on their level of
maturity and ability to handle cutting tools and adhesives it can be a
multi-level interactive toy
