MBTI Evaluations
What I learnt: The description for my personality type is theoretician, to understand, curious, "A love of problem solving." This really isn't a good description of myself but yet I agree with the broader categories into which I fall, Introvert, Intuition, Thinking, Perceiving. Therefor I feel the error with this personality test is with the final analysis of the different combinations. However I do think that in forming successful groups different types of people are needed. In my independent study class, must of the people in my group are more introverted than myself. This leaves me in the position to take control, or at least steer the group in the right direction. I really think that people vary their personality in different situations or when necessary. I mentioned the personality test to my father, and apparently his company uses the same test so that employees are aware of the different personalities working together.
