What I learnt: Paper Mache takes 2 days to try, and it sticks to wax paper! I decided to use paper mache sandwiched between cardboard and tied together with hemp. I like this design because it is very biodegradable. I didn't have enough time to experiment with paper mache so my prototype didn't work. Paper mache shrinks as it dries, because of this the eggs didn't fit as well as I had hoped and less padding was available on the sides. If I were to redesign this I would use a lot more paper mache to completly enclose the eggs. The made lesson I learnt was that if you don't have enough time to experiment and test your design, and you only make one final product, it won't work!
