CyberCut™ is a web-based design, planning and fabrication tool that allows users to quickly design and manufacture prototypes for mechanical parts. It involves feature-based, constrained destructive solid geometry (CDSG) to remove certain shapes from the original 6 faces of stock. These "features" include blind holes, through holes, arcs, pockets, and face-off operations. CyberCut™ takes advantage of Web technology to provide the first design-to-manufacture rapid prototyping system accessible to anyone with a World Wide Web browser.
