This is a toy based on the concept of a fan making a channel of air. The baloon will,
by the laws of physics, want to stay in the air channel. But, the fan will be moving, challenging the child to counter-move it to keep the baloon afloat.
This toy will cost $25, because the fan will not be very cheap, and also to include
replacement balloons.
This toy is meant for children ages 10+, as it will be too difficult for a child, and in
case the balloon should pop, a small child may not be able to handle it.
