Toy Description

• This toy is a drag racing car which is launched using a burst of air
  • The airbag is compressed by the user to launch the car
  • The airbag is connected to the car with a tube, and the rapid release of air thrusts the car
  • The harder the bag is smashed, the faster the car
  • Two users can play side by side and race down a hallway or a track

• The cae teaches the concept of air pressure and thrust

• Hard, fast moving cars may be unsuitable for children under 6

• The car can be constructed from plastic or wood
• The base will be made out of molded plastic
• The tube and airbag will be made from malleable plastic
  • Main construction costs would be in the molded plastic base and car
  • Construction should be faily simple and easy based on the limited number of moving parts
