Running Spiral

The Running Spiral is a toy intended to teach children the basic principles of cause and effect as well as wind resistance. The toy is held in any way that allows for movment to generate wind resistance. As wind passes through the center, the spiral spins and depending on speed either spins fater or slower. The spiral also elogates as depending on how much air is passing through it. The outer ring would be made or a hard plastic so it would be harder to break while the center would probably be made of a very flexible and light plastic so that wind could actually effect it. I do not know enough about plastic to theorize how much this would cost to do since assembly could be difficult, but based on the materials alone, it would be relativly inexpensive.
